Agioi Pantes Gorge
One small and relatively easy gorge to hike, which begins from the location of Sfakidia in Skopi village and ends up at the Faneromeni Bay. There are no dangerous passages through the gorge, although there is no well preserved trail. At the end of the gorge there is a significant wetland while in the inside there are two important springs, from one of them the Cretan poet Kornaros was inspired to write his famous poem Erotokritos. The gorge has impressive fauna and flora as well as geological formations.
